GP Miniatures has been created out of a lifelong study of David Brown Aston Martins. From the competition cars of the 1950s to the glorious road cars of the ‘60s, an almost obsessive interest in these cars has resulted in a range of high quality 1/32 scale slot car bodies, for collectors and slot car racing enthusiasts

The masters are made by me, using suitable materials such as balsawood, micro-ply and automotive fillers. Attention to detail can be seen from the photographs, in particular the sharp panel lines. The bodies are cast in polyurethane resin and the kits come complete with  vacuum formed glazing, including headlamp covers where appropriate, photo etched details, decals and cast metal parts such as bumpers, filler caps etc.

The range covers both competition and road cars. Currently available are the 1958 DBR1, 1963 DP214, 1961 DB4 GT Zagato with a DB4 series 3 to follow very shortly. The range will be expanded as time goes by, with other models planned. A DB5 convertible is in the pipe line along with a standard bodied DB4 GT.

The wire wheels seen on the models are still under development and should be available soon,along with a range of other photo etched and cast metal accessories that should prove useful to scratch builders.
